At Apexio Limited, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when you may request a refund or cancel an order/subscription.
1. General Policy

All refund and cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@apexioltd.com.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
2. Product Purchases

Physical Products:

You may request a refund or replacement within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.

Digital Products (e.g., software, downloads, subscriptions):

Refunds are generally not provided once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.

Exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues where we are unable to resolve the problem.

3. Service Subscriptions

Monthly/Recurring Services:

Cancellations can be made at any time, but access will continue until the end of the billing period.

No partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription term.

One-Time Services/Projects:

Deposits and advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is canceled by the client before commencement, a refund may be issued minus administrative costs.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Gift cards and promotional codes.

Customized or personalized products.
-
Services already rendered in full.

Fees paid to third-party providers (e.g., domain registration, hosting, payment processing).
5. Order Cancellations

Before Processing/Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After Processing/Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. Customers may initiate a return (see Section 2).
6. Company’s Right to Refuse Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if:

The request is made after the stated refund period.

The product/service shows signs of misuse or tampering.

Fraudulent or abusive refund behavior is detected.
